Use case driven yang for O-DU

Description

During the RSAC meeting it was decided to create a very simply yang module to O-DU.

The purpose is to use serve only the D-Release use case.

In future implementation a NETCONF client configuration is required.

The WG5 will specifies interfaces and procedures..
