INF-xx, extend the "Real time platform to deploy the O-CU and O-DU" from x86 architecture to ARM architecture.

INF-xx, integrated StarlingX services on the real time platform to enable the distributed cloud.

    Should be align with the RSAC 2 use cases, some maybe are related:

  •     alarm related

    Some components from StarlingX should be useful:

  • Configuration Management
  • Fault Management
  • Software Management
  • Host Management
  • Service Management

All of above components are related infrastructure. Not related to O1 or E2 interface.  Need address how the infrastructure can interoperate with other module (possible O1*).
