OpenFronthaul NetConf Notifications (2019-07)

OpenFronthaul defined in YANG modules 33 NetConf Notifications.

ONAP expect NetConf VES messages.

Midterm, O-RAN WG4 will switch to VES.

However short term a protocol/model converter seems to be useful.

Options:

ONAP SDN-R enhances the existing NetConf notification to VES service, Assumption: by using the new ves-domain "configuration".
ONAP SDN-R implements a DMaaP provider, which puts the notifications directly on DMaaP using the DMaaP topic "NETCONF_NOTIFICATION".
