Keycloak - used in OAM User Management and NONRTRIC Service Exposure work

• Both projects using keycloak, so maybe it makes sense to have a common keycloak server in an integration environment

• At OSC SMO call today the team from Tacker proposed some cross project collaboration on use cases around O-DU deployment & Slice Assurance
