  • RAN PM functions - tidying up & re-releasing in maintenance release.

    • Working with AIMLFW project: @Joseph Thaliath to use newer versions

  • Making good progress on rApp manager. More in coming weeks

  • 3PP dependency updates & addressing vulnerability

  • OpenAPI-first in A1-PMS & ICS

    • Change from code→openapi→docs to openapi → code-stubs & docs

    • To better align with R1 specs as they mature

    • To improve expressivity of docs etc.

  • Issue with test framwwork

    • underscore in URI hostnames - introduced by docker-compose (v1)

  • Some changes in A1-Mediator in near-RT-RIC plt in H-Release.

    • Further investigation needed re effects on A1-PMS/ICS & A1-SIM

• Looking at Netconf "Yang Schema Mount" for O-DU/O-RU relationship (WG5 yang models)

OSC Integration / INT (@James Li )

• Suggestion from RSAC to identify end-to-end flows

  • Want to at least start with some pairwise-interactions  e.g.

    • OAM & NONRTIRC & SIM & AI-ML
      
      

      • Possible example: File-based PM

        • Already mostly working ..

      • Possible example: SIM (O1) →NONRTRIC (PM) →NONRTRIC (rApp) → NONRTRIC (A1) → SIM/Nearrtric/O-DU  ??

        • Already have most of this for the O-DU slice assurance usecase - but probably needs to be redone.

      • Possible example: NONRTRIC (PM) → AIML(training & MLModel in rApp) → NONRTRIC (rApp)

        • Most of the parts are there ...

        • Could roll into the O-DU use case above?

• Trying to come up with some overarching picture/flow to describe opensource SMO - including ONAP, OSC, Nephio etc.

  • Would be nice to have an OSC picture describing architecture & projects & scope.

• Also, IEEEE event - Aug 9th - where could have a slot on opensource SMO for OpenRAN
