• Quick Demo: Docker Compose & Scripts to run RAN PM use-case (@Kevin Timoney)

• Updating sonar scans and related updates to improve results

  • Requires a couple of tickets etc in LF ... but making good progress

• Making good progress on rApp manager.  (Hope to demo in a couple of weeks)

  • 2 weeks maybe? (@Aravindhan Ayyanathan) 

• 3PP dependency updates & addressing vulnerability

• OpenAPI-first in A1-PMS & ICS

  • Change from code→openapi→docs to openapi → code-stubs & docs

  • To better align with R1 specs as they mature

  • To improve expressiveness of docs etc.

• Some changes in A1-Mediator in near-RT-RIC plt in H-Release.

  • Further investigation needed re effects on A1-PMS/ICS & A1-SIM

  • Will return to this next week.

  • Need to reply to @Thoralf Czichy to give an update. (ref INT project update below)

• Changing datastore/models etc to python (Netconf server stays in C)
  
  

  • Will hopefully make contributions & extension a lot easier

    • e.g. especially websockets for streaming etc.

• Request (from RSAC) to make proposal for RAN PM streaming

  • Proposal for a pragmatic draft model

    • Based on 3GPP XSD for PM data

  • PM Streaming 

  • @John Keeney (Ericsson EST) Working on a version of the PlantUML to include NONRTRIC RanPM functions

  • @Martin Skorupski Would like to reuse as much as possible of NONRTRIC RanPM functions 

    • Easiest way might be to put collected/streamed XML (or JSON) into S3/Minio and can then hopefully reuse existing functions.

    • Only new part is Stream terminator.

OSC Integration / INT (@James Li )

• Energy Savings usecase:

  • Still trying to understand Energy saving rApp - discussions started with @Sunil Kumar discussed at RSAC & RIC-PLT/-APP meeting earlier today

    • Not sure who has resources to work on the rApp

      • @John Keeney (Ericsson EST) Would like to keep aligned about how the rApp is structured, packaged, LCM'ed, on-boarded, Interfaces used (e.g. SME, DME) etc.

  • @N.K. Shankaranarayanan would like to keep informed about progress here (and other usecases) - Needs to help with end-to-end flows etc (also @Alex Stancu was volunteered for this job) .
