[MultiOCloud] Enhance OKD as alternative O-Cloud platform

The goal of this effort is to continue to enhance the OKD alternative O-Cloud that was initially introduced in INF-441.

Scope of effort:

  • Automated deployment of OKD on bare metal

  • Integration of the oran-o2ims operator to provide O2 IMS and DMS API interfaces
