O1 Topology View

O1 interfaces managing the RAN. For Operations and Maintenance, it is important to understand the related management plane topology to plan complex operations such as software upgrades and adding new network functions. 

Nodes of such topology are:

• SMO (O1-termination) as the root node (O1 consumer)

• Near-RT-RIC (can be thousands) (O1 provider)

• O-CU-CP (O1 provider)

• O-CU-UP (O1 provider)

• O-DU (O1 provider)

• O-RU (O1 provider)

Possible representations are:

• graph

• tree

• table

The representations should have the capability of sorting and filtering.
