Running xApps via dms_cli

Hi, I'm trying to install xApps on the f-release nRT RIC. The xApps used to work previously but now after successful installation of xApps, the pods give the status of ImagePullBackOff. It seems like the images cannot be pulled from the image registry. 

The dms_cli health-check e2term ricplt returns healthy status still I cannot run the xApps. The same error occurs for both HW-go xApp and the Bouncer xApp. The pod description gives the following details:
