O-DU-High Radio mode integration (Broadcast Message-MIB/SIB1)

This video contains a demo for Broadcast messages (MIB/SIB1).

Achievement: O-DU-High successfully transmits broadcast messages (MIB/SIB1) and verified reception at L1.

Blocker: L1 to ORU communication not working.

Reason: Vlan configuration mismatch between intel L1 and Viavi RU

Expected solution: During the D release maintenance phase new intel L1 binary with fixes expected.
