Group calendars are managed within O-RAN SC Groups.io subgroups (mail lists); with each sub-group (mail list) having a unique group calendar. The calendar function in Groups.io has a number of benefits due to its integration with the mailing lists making it a more easily scalable solution by distributing the workload across the community. All meeting hosts have been granted moderator access to their respective lists and are responsible for the calendar management of any meetings, including the responsibility for any zoom changes that may be required for their meetings. 

Meeting invites from these group calendars are sent to the applicable sub-group (mail list). The O-RAN SC ToC, Subcommittees, and any projects that have their own dedicated mailing list will utilize the calendar function within that associated sub-group (mail list).

In order to see the various group calendars you must:

• Be logged into O-RAN SC Groups.io

• When we have sub-groups, be subscribed to the sub-group(mail-list) you're interested in O-RAN SC Group Calendar via Groups.io

• Thereafter, you will see all the calendars for the sub-groups you subscribe to under your Calendar in Groups.io.
