Legal announcements:

1. This is a Non-Confidential meeting. Confidential material shall not be discussed during this meeting.

2. Information of a technical nature, whether in written or oral form, including Contributions and Specifications themselves, whether approved for publication or under creation or development within the Association, will not be treated as Confidential Information and will be open and available to any and all Members and Participants, and may be disseminated to the interested public subject to Copyright.

3. All O-RAN Members, Contributors and Academic Contributors are obliged to comply with all applicable antitrust and fair competition laws and O-RAN Participation Guidelines. See the documents on the O-RAN wiki here. In case of question it is recommended that you contact your legal counsel.

4. Reminder on Wiki profile and WebEx login name (First Name Last Name - Company Name)

Wiki profile update reminder:

• TSC emphasized that proper identification is important for transparency on attendance to meetings or contribution tracking. All O-RAN delegates have been asked to display their company association in their Wiki name.

• O-RAN Handbook O-RAN Handbook | 3.1.1-User-Profile provides guidelines on how to update the user profile.

Thoughts on procedures to include O-RAN specifications into OSC Releases via the SCCL project.
