Provide OpenAPI

Description

The Non-RT-RIC project and OTF are communication with O-DU via OAM-Controller using its RESTCONF interface.

The corresponding OpenAPI should be delivered to the teams.

The posted API description depends on the node-name.

In the example the node-name is "O-RAN-DU-01".

The attached file lists only the 4 most important paths.
