The usage of new RMR in Routing Manager.
O1 flow
⁃ Fetching xApp health check via O1
⁃ Querying the list of gNBs and their states via O1
RIC Alarm Adapter (WIB)
⁃ Raising alarms
⁃ Clearing alarms
Deployment of MC xApp on the RIC platform (using the standard deployment process) and it producing metrics using simulated data.
E2 Manager & E2 Terminator:
- Support Setup RAN -> RIC and save in RNIB without functions - development completed
- Upgrade to new RMR library
- E2T : support all E2 messages
