• SIM: similar function on NETCONF but not on VES
• O-DU: not implemented yet
• Near-RT-Ric: not implemented yet
• OAM: VES-Collector consumes it and forwards it to Kafka: please add topic here: AI Martin Skorupski
• Non-RT-Ric: → see related implementation called "DMaaP Adapter" for Kafka to R1 adapter function 

Misunderstanding on my side - the use case is within SMO only - not O1 related → content above not accurate
