Discussion

NONRTRIC

  • Discussions/studies ongoing about controller architecture for Release B+

    • Current plan is to stick with CCSDK/SDNC approach for Release A timelines.

    • Options for CDS will be examined for Releases A+,B+ timelines.

    • All feedback is welcome.

  • Need to discuss ONAP/OSC way of working - e.g.issues include: timelines, where to do development, scoping, integration

    • This is a common and ongoing issue with other projects too - now and in the past, e.g. ODL, OpenNFV, etc

    • Would be good to get some statement on this from the TOC.

  • Plugfest: Request option to present plan/ambitions for Release B timeframe. (this is expected so no request needed!)

  • Costa Rica O-RAN F2F - Don't think anyone from NONRTRIC project will be there is person, but @John Keeney (Ericsson EST) will be available online for entire event.

OAM

Joint

  • SIM: Where there is 2 or more parts/ends/functionalities required for a single interface then add as sub-folders in the interface repo.

  • Need to discuss cooperation across projects and WGs when discussing alignment between OSC and WGs.
