  • Kubernetes upgrade for ODULOW & Integration lab
    • Codes are available in the repo
      • Besides the K8S and CNI:
        • turbostat
        • cpupower
        • mrstool
        • cpufreq utils (without modify kernel configuations)
    • Working with ODULOW, have verified the basic functionalities to run the test cases from ODULOW
    • VPN accounts for integration lab had been setup and working.
    • TODO:
      • ODULOW team is waiting the HW availablity, and waiting the IP review result for the Intel company.
      • Work with ODULOW team to setup the server in integration lab.
  • Rest of the functions defined in EPICs include the "ansible bootstrap", "software management", "fault management", "configuration management", "host management" and "service management"
    • Codes availablity:  suppose to be ready by the end of this week. 
    • TODO:
      • test cases: 
        • installation and deployment – ansible bootstrap and puppet
        • kubernetest basic functionalities
        • platform dashboard to configure/show the platform.
      • documentations:
        • Leverage StarlingX document, the installation and deployment steps are the same as StarlingX 3.0
        • Need update the feature set and build documents.
      • default build will use the existing build process, use another script to build and generate the ISO with StarlingX services enabled.
      • RT performance tuning
  • Sprint Demo
    • Idea1: ansible bootstrap and all-in-one deployment (should be good, will decide the time later)
    • Idea2: CNF deployment ( Bin Yangneed check it later)
    • Idea3: If the controllers + work nodes are available, to deploy the ONAP is possible demo also. ( will take it as the next demo plan)
